Development
So far, Lion One remains the leader of organic fertilizer granulator manufacturers that many brands and companies want to copy. Lion One maintains our own unique characteristics. (With the patent, we do not copy anyone and no one can copy our product.) Lion One has a different idea in designing following engineering principle to make the machine can really be used. Currently, our customers include lecturers in Doctor Level from many universities. Lion One products have already entered international market and exported to many countries. Many fertilizer making companies having trouble with traditional granulators are contacting us for changing them into Lion One machines. Even if Dolomite manufacturing concession holder also found that Lion One machines can make Dolomite without mixing soil with much lower loss rate compared to traditional machines (out of ton of fertilizer put in, only 300-400 kg are good). These things show that product development of Lion One is highly effective with more detailed design.

Pellet pressing designs with more production power
Various capacities ranging from 10 ton/8 hours to 20 ton/8 hours or possibly higher depending on the processing

The pressing equipment can be easily removed for maintenance.

After fertilizer pellet comes out of the pressing set, it will be sent into the tube by conveyor belt.	Pellet making tubes to make them rounder
	The tube will spin and make the pellet rounder. The pellet making tube is driven by helical gear motor which can adjust the spinning speed.

Continuous and high speed mixing tanks
In order to be consistent with higher production rate, the mixing of fertilizer and humidity must catch up with the pellet pressing set. Even though this is difficult, Lion One managed to highly efficient mixing tanks providing continuous mixing both for the way in and the way out. The machine size is not large but provides a high production power of 30 kg/minute.

Continuous and high speed mixing tanks Lion One hereby holds the right to share details about the external only. Other details can be seen from an actual machine. This machine is actually installed at a customer’s factory in the north eastern part.

LPG Rotary Drier

The upper Drum generates the heat to dry fertilizer.
The lower Drum generates cool air to release the heat from fertilizer pellet.

Blower are independently operating—one for hot air and one for cool air.
The hot Blower can be adjusted to suite the combustion of the gas burner.

From outside, the machine may seem like others, but actually Lion One machine has a hidden difference which is the scattering blade that makes the pellet move back and forth, able to touch the hot air for a longer period. The scattering blade gently scatters fertilizer pellet and makes it dry. This is the reason why Dolomite remains unbroken and the loss is satisfactorily reduced.

No need to use a large motor. The mechanics has lower deterioration rate than the shaking system.

These are part of development of Lion One with complete designing process. Additionally, Lion One also designs manufacturing line according to customer’s needs and creates various machines using computer.
